Participation Cost
Project MARC is a nonprofit organization. Project MARC has no salaried employees, only volunteers. Volunteers pay for their own travel expenses and volunteer their time. The volunteer participation fee reimburses Project MARC for estimated lodging, food and inter-island transportation costs.
The 2007 volunteer participation fee, covering registration, food and accommodation during a typical 23-25 day Project MARC expedition, as well as transportation within Vanuatu, is US$ 1,350. A reduced participation fee of US $ 850 is available for registered students.
All costs and contributions paid to Globus Relief/Project MARC are tax deductible in the USA.
